My mission.
Growing up with life-threatening food allergies hasn’t just shaped my life — it’s shaped my purpose. From a young age, I learned to advocate for my health and navigate spaces that often overlooked my condition.
My personal journey has taken me from Division I athletics to academic research labs, while my professional path has spanned roles in wellness & events coordination to non-profit partnerships to healthcare consulting. In every space and role, I’ve strived to center food allergies in the conversation.
This responsibility has helped me cultivate both the skill and the drive to improve the experience of those with food allergies from two core angles:
Empower and equip individuals: Change starts with you.
Transform the environment and systems: Evolve to meet needs & set new inclusive standards.
With a Master’s in Public Health from Yale and more than a decade of advocacy experience, I’ve led efforts to advance food allergy policy, shaped health programs that promote population health, and partnered with businesses to create more inclusive and accommodating experiences for individuals with food allergies. But my work goes beyond policies and programs — it’s about people.
With a unique blend of lived experience, strategic insight, and unwavering purpose, this work is both deeply personal and profoundly transformational.
